My work Then the Lord spoke to the Fish and it vomited Jonah out upon dry Land together with works by Kverndokk, Vogt and Kruse
The work consists of five parts: Introduction, where we’re told that Jonah is fleeing from the Lord on a ship when a storm hits them - Calming the Sea, where Jonah asks the crew to throw him overboard to calm the storm and where he is swallowed by the whale - Inside the Whale, where we learn what it’s like inside the whale's belly - Prayer, where Jonah prays to the Lord to be saved - On Land, where the Lord speaks to the whale and it vomits Jonah out upon dry land.
